AWS/CES is seeking a Maintenance Planner to support the Purchasing and Maintenance teams in Louisville, KY. The role focuses on inventory accuracy, procurement, and CMMS data entry for preventive maintenance planning.

The position requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; overtime may be required on a daily or weekend basis.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

AWS/CES is looking for a Maintenance Planner for our automotive manufacturing client in Louisville, KY

• Location: Louisville, KY
• Schedule: 6am-2pm
• Pay: up to $26/hr
• Job Type: Full-Time

Our client is seeking a self-directed and organized Material Planner to support the Purchasing and Maintenance departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced manufacturing environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is comfortable working with computers, inventory, purchasing, and maintenance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for maintenance parts and supplies.
• Perform data entry and updates within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Generate and maintain Preventive Maintenance reports.
• Coordinate sending tools and equipment out for repair.
• Verify and maintain non-production parts inventory.
• Assist with reconciling Procurement Card (P-Card) purchases.
• Research vendors and maintain accurate supplier information.
• Communicate with sub-suppliers regarding purchased services.
• Maintain plant office supplies and assist with other tasks assigned by the Maintenance Manager.
• Support the Purchasing and Maintenance teams with daily administrative and organizational needs.

Qualifications
