Pay: $40-50/hr depending on experience

Scope: This position supports project or contract work as a Maintenance Reliability Technician or a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler. May act as a project team leader when assigned.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical supervision and monitor maintenance operations by planning and implementing specialized procedures
• Develop and monitor mechanical or electrical maintenance schedules, including preventive, corrective, scheduled outage work, and small capital projects
• Perform testing, measuring, or maintenance activities using appropriate equipment and methods
• Maintain workflow by requisitioning and expediting materials, equipment, and services
• Maintain equipment history records
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment following safety procedures and legal requirements
• Comply with all policies, procedures, and global standards
• Plan, organize, and execute assigned tasks
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance planning and scheduling in a production environment
• HS Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical school or associate degree preferred
• Experience with SAP or similar CMMS systems
• Effective communication skills with diverse audiences
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of industry-specific systems

Additional Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship or visa transfer available
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test and background check
