Overview

This position involves planning and scheduling maintenance activities in a manufacturing environment, with responsibilities including developing maintenance schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

1. Provide technical supervision and monitor maintenance operations by planning and implementing maintenance procedures.
2. Develop and monitor mechanical or electrical maintenance schedules, including preventative and corrective maintenance, outage work, and small capital projects.
3. Select and operate testing and calibration equipment as needed.
4. Manage workflow by requisitioning materials, equipment, and services.
5. Maintain equipment history records and ensure safety and legal compliance.
6. Follow established safety procedures, work permits, and policies.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance planning and scheduling.
• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar CMMS systems.
• Effective communication skills.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work in the US without sponsorship and pass pre-employment screening.
