What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop plans, schedules, and budgets to meet contractual requirements for a large program or portions of a complex program
- Establish complex program plans and conduct in-depth research to define program requirements
- Coordinate deliverables, budgets, and schedules with customers, vendors, and internal departments
- Create new methods for tracking and reporting program status statistics
- Provide work leadership for lower-level employees and assist with proposal efforts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and related technical training with 5+ years of directly related experience (or equivalent combination of education/training and experience)
- Possible requirement for an advanced degree or certifications in the area of expertise
- U.S. Citizenship required
