Job Details

Position Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule preventative maintenance, work orders, and third‑party services while managing the plant's CMMS and auditing maintenance effectiveness as the Maintenance Planner.
• Utilize CMMS to plan, schedule, and manage work orders from inception to completion, ensuring documentation and tracking of all maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with third‑party service providers to handle service requests, establish purchase orders, and ensure timely closure of projects.
• Assist in budget preparation for production maintenance, managing expenses to stay within financial requirements.
• Monitor and track maintenance metrics and performance through detailed reports, spreadsheets, and visual presentations.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and current GMP standards while maintaining production areas.
• Communicate preventive maintenance requirements and updates with plant management, facilitating a clear understanding of ongoing maintenance challenges.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification.
