Position Summary: The Maintenance Planner coordinates workflows between production and maintenance management, especially during the deployment of Panasonic PanaCIM, a new computerized maintenance management system. The Planner must quickly learn and become proficient in PanaCIM.
The key responsibilities include reviewing master production schedules and work orders, setting priorities, and adjusting schedules based on work order specifications. The Planner will also guide the maintenance team towards a proactive approach rather than reactive.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
Experience: At least two years as a maintenance planner, with mechanical aptitude, effective planning skills, and experience in electronics or asset management.
Skills: Proficiency with maintenance management systems, SAP, and effective communication skills.
