Job Description

We are seeking a Project Scheduler III to join our growing team. This role is critical to the success of our construction projects, with a primary focus on developing and maintaining detailed project schedules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction scheduling, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Primavera P6.

This position can be fully remote , with travel to project sites and company offices as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain summary-level and detailed schedules for active and proposed construction projects.
• Utilize Primavera P6 to create bar chart and CPM schedules in alignment with project and client requirements.
• Provide regular schedule updates and reporting to project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure all scheduling activities adhere to corporate standards and contractual obligations.
• Offer training and support on scheduling tools and best practices to internal teams.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure schedule accuracy and feasibility.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of industry experience in construction scheduling or project controls.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and other scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of LEAN construction principles and how they apply to scheduling.
• OSHA 10-hour certification preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to project sites across the U.S.
