Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Planner to join our operations team at Huali Floors. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing maintenance plans that ensure the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align maintenance activities with production schedules, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to prioritize maintenance tasks based on production needs and equipment reliability.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and recommend proactive maintenance strategies.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all maintenance activities.
- Track and report on maintenance KPIs to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required:
- Associate's degree in a Technical Field, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, maintenance planning, or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of maintenance management systems and methodologies.
- Proficient in using CMMS software for planning and scheduling.
Preferred:
- Experience with reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) principles.
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Certifications related to maintenance planning, such as Certified Maintenance Planner (CMP).
Technical Skills And Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in CMMS applications such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of maintenance best practices and industry standards.
