Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Maintenance Parts Coordinator to manage and organize the plant storeroom, ensuring parts are readily available to support operations. The role emphasizes accurate inventory, coordinated material reception, and close collaboration with buyers and maintenance leaders.

The candidate will monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and maintain MDASS/MDG data, while upholding safety and regulatory compliance across storeroom activities.

Qualifications

• Three years of technical skills experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP.
• Understanding of manufacturing practices and processes.
• Experience with workforce administration (scheduling, attendance, payroll support, team member administration).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Own the maintenance storeroom management and organization.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Monitor inventory levels and prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
• Implement inventory control procedures for reorder points.
• Coordinate receiving of materials and ensure proper inventory.
• Maintain accurate MDASS and MDG parts data.
• Collaborate with buyers to communicate needs and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure storeroom operations comply with safety and environmental regulations.
