Qualifications

• HS Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Competency with Microsoft Office and purchasing programs.
• Ability to concisely communicate with peers, supervisors, and suppliers.
• Ability to prioritize and plan to meet business needs.
• Ability to adapt to changes and be flexible with tasks.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Must work well in an open office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, APS, ERT, Business Objects, CETS, etc.
• Understanding of MPR (PES Parts) processes and functions.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers.
• Provide support through conference calls, emails, and team meetings.
• Assess inventory levels to determine inaccuracies and shrinkage.
• Create reports for field locations to meet parts budget plans.
• Analyze inventories to replenish parts bi-weekly and minimize overstock or stockouts.
• Complete parts requests from the field using internal ordering files and purchasing programs.
• Purchase parts from lowest cost and most efficient suppliers while closing and paying orders on time.
• Participate in department meetings, events, and committees.
• Train cross functionally within the PES Parts department (customer service, supplier, replenishment, small parts).
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
