Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. seeks a Parts Coordinator to manage the maintenance parts room, requisitions, and CMMS in a fast-paced production plant. You will ensure parts availability, control inventories, and support continuous improvement in the maintenance program.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of maintenance parts experience and strong SAP/PM expertise, with a focus on safety, quality, and cost control. Weekdays with varied shifts and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food/Beverage Manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and Power Point.
• Must be able to work within a budget.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in an organized manner, given limited time frames, paying close attention to all details.
• Comfortable working independently and showing initiative.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies and GMPs while in the warehouse or production areas.
• Process all incoming requisitions for parts in SAP with the Maintenance Manager and the Mechanics.
• Accountable to develop knowledge of CMMS utilization and maintenance parts.
• Maintain 100% accountability for the parts room and inventory at min/max levels.
• Submit orders to the assigned PO writer for all parts with quality/quantity verification.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on new projects and schedule parts accordingly.
