Just Born, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Maintenance Parts Specialist to support maintenance and production by managing parts, tools, and supplies, ensuring availability and accuracy of inventory to keep operations running smoothly.

This role requires mechanical and electrical aptitude, familiarity with CMMS and SAP, and strong collaboration skills, with a Monday–Friday evening shift and potential forklift operation in a plant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school a plus.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required with ability to identify parts and use measuring tools.
• Prior experience in tool crib operations, MRO coordination, or parts inventory management.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, CMMS, SAP, ERP.

Responsabilités

• Maximize maintenance team efficiency by ordering, stocking, and issuing parts, tools, and supplies.
• Track, manage, and optimize inventory using CMMS and SAP/ERP systems.
• Support preventative maintenance by ensuring parts are ready for scheduled work.
• Suggest new suppliers and parts to improve equipment uptime.
• Monitor and reduce stock-outs with proactive inventory planning.
• Improve systems and processes through continuous improvement.
• Support safety and compliance within tool crib areas.
