Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school a plus.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required with ability to identify parts and use measuring tools.
• Prior experience in tool crib operations, MRO coordination, or parts inventory management.
• Strong computer skills: MS Office, CMMS, SAP, ERP.

Responsibilities

• Maximize maintenance team efficiency by ordering, stocking, and issuing parts, tools, and supplies.
• Track, manage, and optimize inventory using CMMS and SAP/ERP systems.
• Support preventative maintenance by ensuring parts are ready for scheduled work.
• Suggest new suppliers and parts to improve equipment uptime.
• Monitor and reduce stock-outs with proactive inventory planning.
• Improve systems and processes through continuous improvement.
• Support safety and compliance within tool crib areas.
