Job summary

Just Born, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Maintenance Parts Specialist to support maintenance and production by managing critical parts inventory, kits, and supplies. This role ensures availability and accuracy to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll maximize efficiency by stocking and issuing parts, tracking inventory using CMMS and SAP/ERP, and partnering with suppliers to reduce stockouts while supporting continuous improvement and safety in tool crib areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school a plus.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with ability to identify parts and use measuring tools.
• Prior experience in tool crib operations, MRO coordination, or parts inventory management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Maximize maintenance team efficiency by stocking and issuing parts, tools, and supplies.
• Track, manage, and optimize inventory using CMMS and SAP/ERP systems.
• Support preventative maintenance by ensuring parts are kit'ed and ready for scheduled work.
• Operate with a cost-effective mindset by researching and proposing new suppliers and parts to improve uptime.
• Monitor and reduce stock-outs with proactive inventory planning.
• Help improve systems, processes and efficiency through continuous improvement and standardization.

Position Summary:

Join Just Born as a Maintenance Parts Specialist, where you’ll play a key role in supporting our maintenance and production teams by managing critical parts, tools, and supplies. This role ensures the availability and accuracy and availability of maintenance inventory, helping to keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 2:00PM-10:30PM

Location:

Bethlehem, PA

How You’ll Impact Results:

• Maximize our maintenance team efficiency by ordering, stocking, and issuing parts, tools, and supplies
• Track, manage, and optimize inventory using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and SAP / ERP systems
• Support preventative maintenance by ensuring parts are “kitted” and ready for scheduled work
• Operate with a cost-effective mindset through research and proposal of new suppliers and parts to improve equipment uptime
• Monitor and reduce stock-outs with proactive inventory planning
• Help improve systems, processes, and efficiency through continuous improvement and standardization efforts
• Support safety and compliance within tool crib areas

Your Qualifications That Will Ensure Success:

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school a plus
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude required with the ability to identify parts and use measuring tools (e.g., calipers)
• Prior experience in tool crib operations, MRO coordination, or parts inventory management
• Great communication and collaboration skills

Physical & Work Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, navigate stairs/ladders, and operate a forklift
• Work in both plant and office environments
• Sit, stand, or move for extended periods as needed
• Occasional extended hours based on business needs
