Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage the parts room and coordinate maintenance spares in a fast-paced production environment.

You will handle requisitions, maintain records, and support CMMS utilization while collaborating with the Maintenance team across multiple plant groups. The role emphasizes adherence to GMP, safety standards, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in quality and cost control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Business Administration or related degree preferred.
• Experience in Food/Beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, SAP and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work within a budget.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and showing initiative.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Process incoming requisitions for parts in SAP with Maintenance Manager and Mechanics.
• Develop knowledge of CMMS and maintenance parts management.
• Coordinate with plant groups, suppliers, OEMs, contractors and safety vendors.
• Support continuous improvement activities related to safety, quality, and cost.
• Maintain inventory and records for the parts room; manage min/max levels.
• Submit orders to PO writer with quality and quantity verification and part numbers.
• Assist in PM programs and project planning with Maintenance Department.
