Refresco Group is seeking a Parts Coordinator to manage parts requisitions, inventory and CMMS for the Maintenance department. This role ensures timely availability of parts and supports continuous improvement in maintenance programs.

Reporting to the Department Manager, the candidate will work 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm) in a fast-paced beverage production environment, collaborating with multiple plant teams and external vendors to keep operations running smoothly.

Formación

• Experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel, and MS Office.
• Ability to work within a budget and meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer focus.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail.
• Independent worker with initiative.
• Maintenance parts knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse and production areas.
• Process requisitions for parts with Maintenance Manager and Mechanics.
• Maintain CMMS knowledge and parts records.
• Manage parts room inventory and min/max levels.
• Submit accurate parts orders with proper part numbers.
• Coordinate with plant groups and vendors for parts needs.
• Support PM programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain filing system for maintenance records.
