Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Plant Parts Room Associate to maintain MRO spare parts, manage purchasing, and ensure inventory accuracy to maximize line uptime. You will handle deliveries, track orders, and support warranty claims while coordinating with Maintenance and Production teams.

The role requires experience in inventory systems (Oracle EBS, CMMS/ERP), and a strong eye for detail, safety, and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manufacturing environment or similar operations.
• 2+ years in inventory or customer-service related roles is a plus.
• 0+ years managing people/projects (experience may include education).
• Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, or similar inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stock of MRO spare parts and consumables; manage purchasing and inventory accuracy.
• Process PO delivery status updates and resolve AP MRO issues.
• Receive deliveries and coordinate internal shipping/receiving; manage parts room:**
• Maintain spare parts inventory in Oracle EBS and Power Pick Global; perform cycle counts.
