Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Maintenance Parts Clerk to support the Maintenance/Engineering department by purchasing MRO parts, managing inventory, entering work-orders, and generating reports. The role requires organizing parts, processing invoices, and maintaining documentation while ensuring efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in ordering and/or purchasing, preferably within MRO or maintenance.
• 1+ year inventory and parts-room management.
• Strong computer and data entry skills.
• Good communication and customer service abilities.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe, organized Parts Inventory System.
• Order all parts for inventory in a timely manner and catalog arrival.
• Process maintenance invoices with vendors and OEMs.
• Track spending for departmental budget purposes.
• Provide support by processing paperwork, creating reports, and tracking parts usage.
• Input data into CMMS and related systems for PMs and work orders.
• Maintain vendor quotes and GMP forms.
• Ensure parts are tagged, logged, and stocked in proper locations.
• Create parts orders for Purchasing.
• Maintain usage logs and remove obsolete items with oversight.
