Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Production Administrator (MPA) in Massachusetts to oversee parts and inventory in a shop environment. You will manage purchases, inventory records, warranty recovery, and repair order processing using Transman maintenance software.

The role requires attention to detail and reliability in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have a valid driver's license, the ability to lift 60 pounds, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft

Responsibilities

• Makes purchases, manages inventory, and processes warranty recovery and repair orders using Transman.
• Maintains organized workspace and accurate records per policy and regulations.
• Performs physical inventory, orders parts, coordinates pick-up/delivery, and stocks inventory.
• Maintains min-max levels and records for inventory control.
• Keeps parts room clean and orderly.
• Processes shipping warranties and returns to vendors.
• Participates in training and other learning opportunities.
