Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to manage branch inventory and administrative tasks to boost maintenance efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The role is based at 1655 Cross Pointe Way, Duluth, GA, operating Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Responsibilities include coordinating parts supply, performing process analyses, and supporting the branch financial manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years of customer service and operations experience.
• Experience in service/parts department is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch inventory productivity to support timely service and minimize losses.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering parts per sourcing procedures.
• Receive and store parts; ensure timely PartsNet updates and regular cycle counts.
• Manage battery inventory and tires to meet demand and specs.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped on time and follow up with warranty department.
