The role is based at 1655 Cross Pointe Way, Duluth, GA, with a Monday–Friday schedule. The successful candidate will oversee parts and battery inventory, coordinate with service and warranty teams, and support financial performance through analytics and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2 years+ experience in customer service and operations.
• 2 years working in service and parts department preferred.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel and undergo background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory productivity at the branch(es) to support timely service.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels through daily parts ordering with Centralized Parts Ordering.
• Receive and store parts; ensure timely PartsNet updates and regular cycle counts.
• Manage new and used battery inventory and tire stock as needed.
• Ensure warranty items are shipped and follow up on returns with warranty department.
• Coordinate with Customer Service Coordinator to schedule repairs as parts become available.
• Ensure vendor payments are processed correctly.
• Perform process analyses in Inventory, maintenance profitability, warranty campaigns, cycle counts, RO reviews.
• Use ServiceNet or AS400 to analyze operational dynamics for problem solving.
• Support branch financial manager to improve branch performance and profitability.
• Work on projects and tasks assigned by Branch Financial Manager and District Financial Manager.
