Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Storeroom Clerk to maintain order, inventory accuracy, and cleanliness of the storeroom. You will work with Maintenance and Purchasing to keep an adequate supply of spare parts and production materials.

This role involves entering parts in the ERP, issuing parts to work orders, receiving and labeling shipments, and supporting supplier performance and stock programs while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with mainframe computer systems and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Associate's degree in business or purchasing/supply chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transact daily receipts and issuing of parts to cost centers/assets.
• Coordinate spare parts and services with Maintenance for scheduled PMs.
• Ensure part identification is captured in the ERP for automatic replenishment.
• Assist Purchasing with supplier performance monitoring and quality compliance.
• Support daily supplier stocking programs to improve compliance.
• Develop ERP reports to track inventory levels and stock movements.
• Collect and verify delivered MRO items and direct to correct stores.
• Occasionally pick up parts from local suppliers for emergencies.
