Job summary

ProAmpac in Ontario (US), CA, seeks a Maintenance Coordinator to join our Maintenance team. You will coordinate work requests, orders, contractors, parts, and inventory for our 24/7 maintenance operations.

Essential duties include organizing repairs, updating work orders, monitoring parts inventory, coordinating OEM technicians, and managing outside contractors while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience organizing and coordinating maintenance work and repairs.
• Proficiency with basic office software and ability to document work orders.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, production leads and managers.

Responsibilities

• Organize repair and maintenance work for smooth operations and track materials used.
• Update work orders and status in Velocity, Maintemyzer, Excel and Teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate parts with vendors and maintenance team.
• Coordinate OEM technicians for repairs and troubleshooting.
• Manage outside contractors to meet scope and safety requirements.
• Participate in safety trainings and meetings.
