Sabert in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Maintenance Clerk to ensure accurate receipt and organization of inventory for the plant’s maintenance processes. You will manage the parts crib, perform cycle counts, label parts, and replenish stock while coordinating with the Maintenance Planner on BOM kits.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing, familiarity with SAP and GMP, and strong organization, time management, and communication skills.

• 3+ years in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of Safety and GMP requirements.
• Experience with SAP and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Understanding of safety and quality compliance.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and organize parts crib.
• Conduct cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Log parts going out and manage returns.
• Coordinate BOM kits with Maintenance Planner.
• Process purchase requests and POs in SAP.
• Monitor min/max stock levels and vendor communications.
