Sabert Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Clerk (Parts Crib Attendant) to ensure accurate receipt and organization of inventory in the parts crib. You will support maintenance by managing crib stock, labeling, and recording all movements, while coordinating with the Maintenance Planner on BOM kits and with vendors for repairs.

The role requires SAP experience, inventory control, and adherence to Safety and GMP standards in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of and follow all Safety and GMP requirements.
• Experience with SAP and inventory management.
• Organization, time management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing environment including current compliance requirements for safety and quality.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and organize the parts crib to support maintenance processes.
• Conduct cycle counts on crib inventory to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Log every part leaving the crib in the system and update BOM kits with Maintenance Planner.
• Coordinate with vendors for shipping/receiving equipment for repair and manage returns.
• Run daily SAP reports, create purchase requests and POs to meet min/max levels.
• Handle PTO coverage and maintain accurate records of inventory transactions.
