Job summary

Fondomonte Arizona is seeking a dependable Warehouse Stores Clerk to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management. This role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy, processing SAP transactions, and issuing parts to maintenance and farm teams.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong organizational and teamwork skills, and adhere to safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records and complete SAP transactions.
• Issue parts, tools, materials, and supplies to maintenance, farm, and operational personnel.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory and deliveries.
• Assist with inventory counts, month-end reporting, and warehouse documentation.
• Support daily agricultural operations by ensuring timely availability of parts and materials.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company policies, OSHA standards, and safety procedures.
• Assist with additional warehouse and inventory projects as assigned.
