Job summary

JBS USA is hiring a Parts and Room Supervisor - Maintenance in Elkhart, IN. The role focuses on daily inventory control, data entry in SAP, and supporting production and maintenance teams to keep parts available for equipment upkeep.

The ideal candidate will manage cycle counts, coordinate part retrieval, and maintain organized stock areas while collaborating with other departments for smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or related experience or training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Clerical duties including answering phones, typing and filing documents.
• Knowledge of computer systems and data entry.
• Experience using SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into SAP to maintain accurate parts records.
• Anticipate causes of part shortages and take actions to meet production schedules.
• Ensure all work orders are entered correctly and tracked.
• Track daily time sheets for maintenance activities.
• Assist with dispersal of employee supplies and organize the stock room.
• Ensure cycle counts are performed and recorded accurately.
• Help maintenance personnel locate and retrieve parts as needed.
