SBA Group North Carolina operates a high-automation facility and seeks a Technical Clerk to support warehouse stores, stocking, and spare parts reporting. The role involves maintaining inventory records, labeling and storing parts, and assisting with maintenance data entry.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, experience in a maintenance environment, and familiarity with SAP or similar systems. Proficiency in MS Office and strong organizational skills are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or vocational training is a plus.
• Experience in a maintenance environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and CMMS/SAP.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical components.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate inventory records of spare parts using ERP/CMMS systems (SAP and internal).
• Receive, label, and store incoming spare parts.
• Monitor stock levels and arrange reorders.
• Conduct periodic physical inventory checks and reconciliations.
• Assist in compiling maintenance performance reports and spare parts usage.
• Enter data into maintenance and inventory systems with high accuracy.
• File and organize technical documents and logs.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal departments on part availability and delivery timelines.
• Support audits and compliance documentation.
