Pritchard Industries is seeking a Painter to keep buildings safe, clean, and fully operational for residents or office workers. You will respond to daily work orders, perform routine preventive care, and help prepare vacant units for new occupants.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Responding to minor service calls (leaky faucets, running toilets, jammed disposals, broken door locks).
• Replacing incandescent hallway fixtures, cleaning gutters, servicing common area equipment.
• Painting walls, patching drywall holes, replacing switch plates, checking smoke detectors in vacant spaces.
• Inspecting parking lots, walkways, and trash areas for safety hazards and reporting to the property manager.
• Logging work orders, tracking basic repair supplies, and documenting preventive maintenance.

We are seeking to hire a Painter. This role focuses on keeping buildings safe, clean, and fully operational for residents or office workers. The technician responds to daily work orders, performs routine preventive care, and helps prepare vacant units or spaces for new occupants.

Key Responsibilities

• Responding to minor service calls like leaky faucets, running toilets, jammed garbage disposals, or broken door locks.
• Replacing burned-out hallway li, chan filters, cleaning gutters, and servicing common area equipment.
• Painting walls, patching minor drywall holes, replacing switch plates, and checking smoke detectors in empty apartments or offices.
• Inspecting parking lots, walkways, and trash areas for safety hazards or debris, and reporting larger maintenance needs to the property manager.
• Logging completed work orders, tracking inventory of basic repair supplies, and documenting preventive maintenance checks.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education equivalent (GED).
• Zero to two years of hands-on experience in building maintenance, residential upkeep, or general repair work.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools, including drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, and multi-meters.
• Customer-friendly attitude and clear communication skills to interact professionally with tenants and staff.

Physical Requirements

• Mobility: Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Strength: Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of equipment or supplies safely.
• Environment: Comfort working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
