Job summary

Pritchard Industries in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, trash removal, and restroom and break room cleaning.

This role requires reliability, a professional attitude, initiative, and physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds. The position offers 40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, 4:30 am–1:00 pm, with health benefits, life insurance, long-term disability, FSA, dependent spending care, 401K, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
• Janitor experience a plus but will train.
• Full-Time
• Hours 40 hrs/week, 4:30 am - 1:00 pm, Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

We are seeking to hire a Maintenance Technician. You will be responsible for vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal rest room and break room cleaning and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
