Job summary

Pritchard Industries is seeking a Building Engineer Helper (Painter) to support building operations under the supervision of stationary engineers. You will assist with painting projects and touchups, and handle assigned tasks to ensure safe and efficient building performance.

The role runs 10am–7pm full-time with after-hours painting requirements. Benefits include health coverage, life insurance, and a 401K, plus growth opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

The Building Engineer Helper - Painter will be responsible for supports building operations under the supervision of stationary engineers. Assist building engineers with painting projects, touchups and other tasks as instructed.

• Responding to building service requests and supporting day to day operations to ensure safe and efficient building performances.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSES

• High School Diploma of GED Equivalent
• Posses and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
