Job summary

Pritchard Industries in Houston, TX is seeking a Building Engineer Helper - Painter to support building operations under the supervision of stationary engineers. You will assist with painting projects, touchups and other tasks as directed.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work under pressure in a demanding environment. This full-time role runs 10am–7pm with after-hours painting tasks, and offers health benefits and growth

The Building Engineer Helper - Painter will be responsible for supports building operations under the supervision of stationary engineers. Assist building engineers with painting projects, touchups and other tasks as instructed.

• Responding to building service requests and supporting day to day operations to ensure safe and efficient building performances.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / LICENSES

• High School Diploma of GED Equivalent
• Posses and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
