Job summary

PSA Airlines, a subsidiary of American Airlines, is seeking a Maintenance Operations Planner to oversee short-range aircraft maintenance planning from our OCC in Charlotte, NC. You will analyze schedules, forecast needs, and coordinate with base stations to keep aircraft ready and compliant.

You should have a high school diploma, strong Excel and MS Office skills, and fluency in English, with FAA certification or relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong analytical and computer skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
• Ability to speak/read/write in English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and conduct scheduling and workload planning to ensure efficiency and maintenance compliance.
• Monitor, forecast and coordinate short-range maintenance scheduling for aircraft.
• Utilize company computer systems to identify maintenance requirements and routing.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure parts, tooling, and manpower are available.
• Provide daily turnover communication and ensure adherence to maintenance plans.
