Based in our OCC in Charlotte, this position emphasizes collaboration across departments to optimize maintenance planning while upholding PSA’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel.
• Ability to speak/read/write in English.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and schedule maintenance to maximize efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor, forecast and coordinate short-range maintenance requirements.
• Create, review and execute daily work orders to maintenance bases via electronic planning platform.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure parts, material, tooling and manpower are available for scheduled work.
• Ensure adherence to policies, practices and safety procedures.
