The ideal candidate has extensive FAA regulation knowledge, 3+ years in a supervisory capacity, and an Airframe & Powerplant license preferred.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a role scheduling aircraft maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of FAA maintenance regulations and procedures.
  • 3+ years supervisory experience in line maintenance or related area.
  • Valid passport.
  • Airframe and Powerplant license preferred.
  • Authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Participates in the Safety Management System (SMS) and maintains currency as required.
  • Supervises and trains Line Planning personnel.
  • Forecasts and plans aircraft maintenance requirements.
  • Coordinates maintenance with Line Maintenance, Heavy Maintenance, and Materials.
  • Develops and maintains SOPs for planning/programs department.
  • Prepares forecasts of essential Line Maintenance activities.
  • Liaises with Operations and other departments for Line Planning items.
