Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of Operations Leadership in Maintenance or a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Associate's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to coach, develop, mentor, and lead a team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated and self-managed with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead activities on the floor to drive safety, quality and productivity.
• Oversee employee performance, provide clear direction, and mentor staff.
• Balance operational demands with development of team members to maintain production flow.
