Worthington Enterprises is seeking an Off Shift Maintenance Supervisor to oversee evening, night, and weekend maintenance operations. You will lead a team, coordinate repairs, and minimize downtime while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and fast response to emergencies, with strong emphasis on documentation, asset care, and collaboration with day-shift leadership to ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial maintenance, with 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong leadership and decision-making under pressure.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with PLCs and motor controls.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Proficient in CMMS and maintenance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise off-shift maintenance personnel and operations.
• Coordinate troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance across shifts.
• Respond to emergency breakdowns and coordinate rapid actions.
• Train staff and manage spare parts inventory.
