Worthington Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Off Shift Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance on evenings, nights, and weekends, ensuring smooth operation of all equipment and minimal downtime.

You will lead off-shift personnel and coordinate effective repairs, with support to the 3rd shift as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial maintenance, strong leadership, and knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience with supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Experience with PLCs and electrical schematics.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with maintenance software (CMMS) and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct off-shift maintenance personnel, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Coordinate and manage maintenance activities, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance, to minimize production downtime.
• Monitor and track work orders, ensuring completion in a timely manner and according to specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies during maintenance operations.
• Act as the point of contact for emergency breakdowns and coordinate rapid response to minimize downtime.
• Provide leadership and technical support to maintenance team members, including guidance on complex troubleshooting tasks.
• Review and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring proper allocation of resources and addressing urgent issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts inventory, and completed work orders.
• Collaborate with day shift supervisors and management to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication between shifts.
• Train and develop maintenance staff on equipment, systems, and safety protocols.
• Ensure the availability and proper handling of spare parts, tools, and equipment for off-shift operations.
• Participate in the analysis of recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Provide feedback and reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics.
