The Maintenance Technician Specialist at FedEx Corporation supports the industrial maintenance of material handling systems, acting as a subject matter expert across mechanical, electrical, and PLC controls.

The role includes designing and implementing training for site equipment, mentoring junior technicians, and coordinating with vendors, integrators, and corporate teams to ensure resources and training are in place.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six (6) years experience in FedEx Industrial Maintenance or similar material handling systems.
• Certificates in Industrial Maintenance/Mechatronics or related trade and an associate degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of material handling systems.
• Follow safety standards and participate in safety trainings.
• Interpret data and determine maintenance needs for the operation.
• Diagnose and repair complex system faults; read electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Mentor lower-level technicians and develop training programs.
• Develop scopes of work for small projects and coordinate with teams across shifts.
