U.S. Xpress, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Facility Supervisor to oversee the end-to-end operation of the shop in Dallas. You will lead a team, manage safety protocols, and coordinate maintenance programs for trucks and trailers.

You will supervise hiring, training, evaluations, and staff scheduling while monitoring turnover and implementing retention actions. Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations, plus Excel proficiency, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience (one year of professional experience for each year of college).
• Maintenance vocational experience is preferred.
• Equivalent years of experience defined as one year of professional experience for each year of college requested.
