Job summary

Roadrunner Freight is seeking a Manager, Regional Maintenance to lead maintenance execution across its regional terminals in the Dallas area. You will build programs, audit facilities, validate vendor repairs, and drive cost-conscious, compliant practices to keep the fleet reliable and safe.

You’ll partner with operations, safety, and leadership to reduce downtime, improve CSA metrics, and develop field teams through hands-on coaching and clear accountability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related fleet maintenance experience, including leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in trailer systems: brakes, suspension, tires, lights, electrical, hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional maintenance execution and build maintenance programs surpassing standards.
• Strengthen compliance, reduce downtime, and manage cost controls with vendors.
• Drive analytics for performance, vendor assessment, and parts planning.
• Collaborate with operations, safety, and vendors to ensure unified maintenance approach.
