Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Engineering Technology or Reliability Engineering.
• 2+ years of Amazon RME Full Time experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• 4+ years industrial maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years of CMMS experience.
• 2+ years of Microsoft Office products experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of service technicians and automation engineers.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols during maintenance activities across the site.
• Design and implement preventative maintenance programs to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate external contractors while maintaining high-quality service.
• Monitor MHE metrics and address system performance with analytics.
