Sun Valley Landscaping is seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance and Snow Operations to lead our Maintenance & Snow Division, the largest division with about $6.5M in revenue. This senior leadership role oversees people, systems, financial performance, quality, and day-to-day execution of recurring maintenance and snow operations.

The ideal candidate builds efficient systems, sets clear expectations, develops managers, measures performance, and relentlessly improves.

Competenze

• Significant progressive leadership experience in landscape maintenance, lawn care, irrigation, horticulture, snow, or a comparable field-service business.
• Experience leading a multimillion-dollar operation with multiple managers and field teams.
• Proven track record of improving operational performance, profitability, quality, or accountability.
• Strong understanding of labor efficiency, production rates, scheduling, routing, and capacity planning.
• Experience developing managers and field leaders.
• Experience managing through KPIs, scorecards, budgets, and financial reporting.

• Lead, coach, and develop managers and field leadership.
• Own financial and operational performance of the division (~$6.5M).
• Drive labor efficiency, throughput, gross margin, and crew productivity.
• Build and maintain operating systems and accountability.
• Create disciplined scheduling, routing, and daily launch/end-of-day processes.
• Ensure equipment and fleet readiness via preventive-maintenance systems.
• Establish high standards for quality and client service.
• Lead divisional safety performance and accountability.
• Use KPIs, scorecards, and financial data to drive improvements.
• Ensure Aspire and operating processes are followed.
• Plan and lead snow operations; partner with Sales, HR, Finance, Fleet, and others.
