Green-Impressions-Landscaping- is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to supervise a 2–3 person crew while performing hands-on landscape maintenance and construction tasks to enhance clients’ outdoor spaces.

You will organize daily work, train crew members, and help deliver safe, high-quality projects. Snow operations may require after-hours work during snow events, emphasizing safety and teamwork for professional growth.

Competenze

• Experience or education in landscape maintenance.
• Prior supervisory experience including training team members.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance equipment, tools, materials, and safety precautions.
• Understanding of first aid and safety precautions.
• Ability to work independently, organize daily activities, and keep work on schedule.
• Valid state driver’s license or ability to obtain one before employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform strenuous outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Mansioni

• Lead, train, and support a crew of 2–3 on landscape maintenance and construction projects.
• Work alongside your crew on trimming, site preparation, debris removal, and other landscape tasks using hand and power tools.
• Coordinate daily schedules, equipment, and material needs with management and sales teams.
• Keep projects on schedule and within budget by tracking material costs and crew time sheets, and communicating daily progress.
• Check work for quality, enforce safety procedures, and report incidents per company protocols.
• Handle job site and equipment opening/closing duties, perform light equipment maintenance, maintain inventory.
• Support snow operations through planning, area management, and equipment operation, including after-hours during snow events.
• Communicate professionally with clients to ensure customer satisfaction through quality work.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.
