Job summary

Air Liquide Large Industries in Pasadena, TX is seeking a Maintenance Center Manager to oversee maintenance of assets, facilities and equipment across sites. You will lead maintenance planning, ensure regulatory compliance and drive reliability using standardized TAR SOP and Maximo.

You will manage a team, coach staff, monitor KPIs, optimize costs, and coordinate with Plant Managers and Zone Directors on preventive maintenance and reliability projects.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or electrical engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• 10+ years of process industry maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and TAR SOP.

Responsibilities

• Maintains all facilities in compliance with regulations and policies.
• Leads maintenance planning and scheduling across sites.
• Manages Maximo utilization and asset/work management practices.
• Coaches employees and drives safety and performance.
• Monitors KPIs and drives continuous improvement in maintenance.
• Partners with Plant Managers and Zone Directors on reliability projects.
• Ensures accurate documentation and regulatory training.
