Job summary

National Metalwares Manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Operations Supervisor to lead a team responsible for equipment installation, facilities repair, and preventive maintenance across the plant.

You will establish and sustain PM programs, coordinate with utilities and environmental agencies, ensure hazardous waste disposal compliance, and oversee construction activities to meet strict specifications while managing timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to manage PM programs and equipment installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and support maintenance personnel for installation, repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform regular plant inspections and optimize space/utilization.
• Establish and sustain preventive maintenance programs for reliability.
• Coordinate hazardous waste disposal and liaise with utilities and environmental agencies.
• Oversee construction/installation work to meet specifications; manage proposals and contracts.
• Coordinate space allocations and communications services.
• Assist with PM activities as needed.
