Job summary

You will perform inspections, respond to service requests, coordinate make-ready processes, and ensure timely completion of work orders with safety as a priority.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, and supervising maintenance staff per Property Manager guidance.
• Perform inspections and address maintenance needs of the property.
• Follow up on service requests and complete work orders timely.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready process; ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to RAM standards.
• Demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.
