Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC in the Dallas area is seeking a skilled maintenance supervisor to lead the maintenance team and uphold property standards. You will perform inspections, respond to service requests, coordinate make-ready processes, and ensure timely completion of work orders with safety as a priority.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree a plus), a valid driver’s license, EPA HVAC and CPO certifications, and strong communication with residents, staff, and

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, and supervising maintenance staff per Property Manager guidance.
• Perform inspections and address maintenance needs of the property.
• Follow up on service requests and complete work orders timely.
• Inspect and coordinate make-ready process; ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to RAM standards.
• Demonstrate professional customer service to residents, staff, and vendors.

Overview

We are looking for a skilled maintenance supervisor to help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property in the South Dallas area.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from Property Manager
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• Inspect and coordinate make ready process
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff and vendors in a professional manner
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
• Valid Driver’s license is required
• EPA HVAC and CPO certification required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
