Job summary

Real Property Management Today is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee maintenance operations across our property management portfolio. You will coordinate between property managers, technicians, and vendors, prioritize work orders, and ensure work complies with company standards and regulations.

Responsibilities include managing schedules, vendor quotes, inventory, safety training, and reporting to management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree a plus.
• At least 2 years in maintenance, preferably in property management.
• Experience coordinating between tenants, managers and vendors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, prioritize, and assign maintenance work orders.
• Coordinate with external vendors and obtain quotes.
• Develop and oversee a preventative maintenance schedule.
• Communicate with tenants and staff on work order status.
• Monitor inventory for maintenance supplies.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities and budgets.
• Coordinate emergency repairs and maintenance.
• Provide training to maintenance staff.
• Maintain records of work orders, invoices, and inventory.
