Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance work orders, including general maintenance, light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and related tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional appearance when interacting with residents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure properties are well-maintained and projects completed.
