Job summary

Delta Hotels is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to act as the central organizer of maintenance activities across facilities. You will plan, schedule, and coordinate technicians, vendors, and resources to keep operations running efficiently.

The role involves preventive maintenance, safety compliance, and GXP considerations, with a focus on strong communication between managers, technicians, and external providers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Hotel operations knowledge, including security and safety programs a plus.
• Background screening required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Monitor work order status, provide updates, ensure timely completion.
• Receive and store parts; inventory cycle counts; ensure parts available.
• Partner with Front Desk and Housekeeping to schedule repairs with priority.
• Coordinate with supervisors, managers, and maintenance managers to execute plans.
• Communicate with vendors, contractors, service providers to arrange repairs.
• Assist with scheduling maintenance staff and technicians.
• Manage spending, invoices, procurement of supplies.
• Oversee inventory of tools, equipment, spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
• Maintain maintenance logs, reports, work order documentation.
• Other administrative duties as needed.
